Master Agreement

Hello families,

Included on this page is our Master Agreement in English and Spanish. All students will need this document signed and recorded on file with the Virtual Academy for auditing purposes. We have hard copies in English and Spanish ready and available for you to sign in person. All signed documents will need to be completed and returned no later than the first day of school.
